- When you register your CV and personal details with us you confirm
the details are accurate and not misleading date and accept that
if you do not update these details when necessary the information downloaded
by third parties may not be as up to date as you would wish.
- Your CV and personal details will be used solely for the purpose of
finding you a job. All recruiters who pay for access to our CV database
product will have agreed not to use your details for any purpose other
than to find you relevant employment and that they will not submit your
CV to any potential employer without your express consent.
- Submitting your CV and other information to us for registration is
agreement from you that this transfer may involve the information coming
to us via a route outside the EC. You should be aware countries outside
the EC might not have data protection safeguards equivalent to the UK.
- You may remove your CV from our database at any time. Recruiters who
have paid for access to the database may have retained a copy of your CV
in their own database and we are not responsible for the use of CVs in these
instances.
- We use our best efforts to grant access only to bona fide Agencies however
BuildingJobs Ltd will not be held responsible if a third party poses as an agency,
evades security checks, and gains access to the CV database.
- We will not disclose to any third party other than Recruitment Agencies
your name, address, e-mail address or telephone number without your prior
consent, except to the extent necessary or appropriate to comply with
applicable laws or in legal proceedings where such information is relevant.
- We have no control over the quality, accuracy, safety or legality of
the jobs or CV's posted. You assume all risks associated with dealing with
other users with whom you come in contact through the Web Site.
- We do not use third parties to store or process information supplied
by you to us. If this changes we will let you know and will take guarantees
from any such third parties as to the security of your personal information.
